Lalitha began her piano career at age four and went on to do her
Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Education degrees from the
University of Toronto earning scholarships in both degrees.

For more than 25 years, Lalitha has taught piano and conducted choirs
as well as being sought after as an accompanist. She has held posts as
church music director and has taught music in both public and private
elementary and high school systems.

In addition to being a Suzuki teacher, Lalitha is also a Suzuki parent
with a son studying violin and a daughter studying piano.

She’s a member of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association
and the Ontario College of Teachers.
