Capucine began Suzuki violin lessons at the age of 3 and starting teaching when she was 18. She attended the University of Toronto and Sheridan College where she earned a BFA in Theatre and a diploma in Acting. She currently teaches with the Goderich Suzuki Violin School and has almost 50 students. She is very interested in continuing her teacher training and also enjoys fiddling and folk music. She recently performed in "Spirit of the Narrows", a play exploring Toronto fiddler Anne Lederman's visit to Manitoba to record Metis fiddlers. This production enjoyed two seasons at the Blyth Festival Theatre where Capucine still works occasionally as an actor. She now lives in Toronto with her two beautiful sons Gideon and Gulliver.
