Dorothy Jones is a world renowned Suzuki specialist in Early Childhood Education. She founded and directed for 12 years, a Suzuki School in London, Ontario, Canada. In 1993, the International Suzuki Association (ISA) approved the program in Early Childhood Education that she had developed and designated her school, as a world Teacher Training Centre for Suzuki Early Childhood Education. She is Past President of the Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA) and was for 10 years a board member of the ISA. She was also a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Suzuki Association of Ontario (SAO) and served as President of the organization. She has also been a Suzuki parent, Suzuki Piano Teacher Trainer and keynote speaker at conferences and workshops around the world for the past 35 years. Her consultations have assisted individuals and schools in Canada, USA, Latin America, Switzerland, Australia, Great Britain, Singapore, Japan, Iceland, Denmark and Korea.
